Mr. Sunnti Dunagtavanh is an independent Quality Assurance Consultant. His professional career and research focus on the developments of quality assurance, human resources, and job and career counselling in Laos. He has worked with donor projects on technical and vocational education and training, and higher education with relations to employment support services. He obtained his MA from Japan in 2003.
