Moses Desmennu is a passionate Research Administrator with background in project management / evaluation. He has over 10 years’ experience in providing support services in grants and contracts management, compliance and policy domestication spanning all fields of research management in a large research-intensive university. He is currently a doctoral student of Educational Policy Studies and Evaluation at the University of Kentucky, United States of America.
