Dr Lucy Wamalwa Simani is a Senior Lecturer at KCA University's School of Business. She is also the former chair of the department of business administration. An IDC Africa alumna, her research interests are strategic leadership, dynamic capabilities and business ecosystems. In 2018, She chaired the university's strategic plan for 2019 to 2023 and delivered it on time. She is well-versed in universities' administrative and operational processes with in-depth knowledge of the universities' regulatory environment in Kenya. She received her PhD in strategic management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology in 2018. She holds a master's in business administration (Marketing, management) from Kenyatta University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and business studies from Kenyatta university. Dr Lucy is also a member of the Academy of management, the strategic management society, and the African Academy of management.
