Rogers Bariyo is a Senior Lecturer at Mbarara University of Science and Technology. He earned his PhD in Development Studies from Mbarara University of Science and Technology. Currently, he is a Dean of Faculty of Interdisciplinary Studies. He has participated in International courses in Germany and Africa
