It aims to stimulate a discussion that goes beyond digital technology-mediated teaching and learning methodologies to include elements of socially sensitive pedagogical transformation. The guiding questions of the discussion are: How can socially tailored teaching methodologies be implemented in higher education in the context of the digital gap? What pedagogical innovations have been or could be implemented?
