OUTLINE: The professional capacity of human resources in international office or other related units, both its leaders and the organizational members becomes a ultimate challenge of internationalisation in higher education. The sessions would like to open discussion of capacity building programs on how to run a professional and focused international office or implement the internalization strategies in the long-term with clear goals and equipped with the right tools and quality assurances mechanism.
