Thiri Aung
Vita
Dr Thiri Aung is the Professor and Head of the Department of English and a member of IQA Unit in Taungoo University. She teaches Research Methodology and Intercultural Communication. She obtained her B.A. Hons (2000), MA (2002) and PhD (2007) form Mandalay University in Myanmar. She did her postgraduate diploma degree (2005) and Specialist Certificate Course in Action Research for English Language Teachers (2012) in SEAMEO RELC in Singapore. She did Advanced Certificate Course in Curriculum Design and Instructional Materials Development in National Institute for Technical Teachers Training and Research (NITTTR) in India in 2014. She has been taking part in conducting QA training workshops for higher education Institutions in Myanmar.
