Ms. Goudswaard is a Certified Trainer, mediator and coach for Intercultural Business Communication, with over 25 years of experience in adult education in the Netherlands, the USA and Germany. She conducts courses for (international) students, staff and academics in the field of (intercultural) communication and conflict management. Ms. Goudswaard mainly works free-lance at universities in Germany, (FHH Reutlingen, FHH Hannover, Leibniz Universität Hannover, Technische Universität Braunschweig, Medizinische Hochschule Hannover) and abroad, Polytechnic University Xian, China, Polytechnic University St. Petersburg, Medical University, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Zagazig University, Egypt, etc.) and offers various courses for both students, University staff and Academics. In cooperation with her husband, she gives workshops on International Project Management for PhD. Students and Managers, highlighting the cultural aspects of business communication. She is fluent in English, German and Dutch. Advanced in Spanish and French.
