Muhammad Ihsan Zul served as the Assistant Director for Marketing, Cooperation, and Alumni of Politeknik Caltex Riau (PCR). Since 2014, Ihsan has held several structural positions including the head of the Research and Community Service Unit (2014-2016), Head of the Planning and Development (2014-2016), Assistant Director for Academic and Student Affairs (2017), Assistant Director for Finance, Human Resources and General Affairs (2018) and Assistant Director for Marketing, Cooperation and Alumni (2018-2021). In 2018, Ihsan had the opportunity to take part in the Indonesia Deans Course for Private Higher Education (INADC-PHEI) which is a program of DIES NMT in Indonesia. Through these activities, Ihsan was selected as one of the 5 best project implementers. During his tenure as Assistant Director for Marketing, Cooperation, and Alumni, Ihsan managed to bring various changes in the fields under his management. Some of the achievements include the best poster for the national tracer study seminar in Bali and the Best Career Center in 2019 by the Directorate General of Learning and Students Affairs, Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education. He is also actively involved in the preparation of various national and international competitive grants won by PCR.
