Sereverien Ngarukiye

Vita

Sereverien Ngarukiye is currently serving as the Associate Director of New Program Design at Kepler since September 2021 and has proven work experience from humanitarian and multicultural contexts. He was a founding staff member of Kepler's pilot campus in Kiziba refugee camp (Rwanda) in 2015 and the Kepler's Graduates Employment Program (GEP) in Addis Ababa (Ethiopia) in 2021. He held different positions at both the Kigali and Kiziba campuses where he served as a Course Facilitator, Kiziba Curriculum Associate, Academics and Careers Manager, and Associate Director for Special Projects. He holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Healthcare Management from Southern New Hampshire University (USA) through the Kepler Program and is currently pursuing a Master's of Development Practice from Regis University (USA). He is passionate about transformative education with interest in designing unique, scalable, accessible, and impactful HigherEd programs for the African Continent.
