Kenneth Alaneme
Vita
Prof. Alaneme is the Head, Materials Design and Structural Integrity Group, Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria; and a Visiting Professor with the School of Mining, Metallurgy and Chemical Engineering, University of Johannesburg, South Africa. His research specializations are in Physical Metallurgy and Mechanical Behaviour of Materials. He has demonstrated over the years to be an astute researcher as evident in his publication records in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings. He was part of the team that attracted the African Materials Science and Engineering Network (AMSEN) funds of over $200,000.00 and other external funds. He has also served as grants adjudicator for several national and international organizations.
