Dr. Iffi Fitriah is The Head of Institute for Education Development and Quality Assurance, Universitas Borneo Tarakan. She is a lecturer in the field of Management, teaches statistics, Operation Management and Entrepreneurship. She obtained her B.Sc. degree from Universitas Padjadjaran in 1996, her M.T. degree from Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia in 1998, and then Ph.D. degree from Universiti Malaysia Sabah in 2007. She has various experience in Quality assurance. She was certified as a trainer on IQA system by Ministry of Higher Technology, Research and Technology in 2018. She is also the alumni of ASEAN-QA Train-IQA 3rd cohort (2016-2018). As a DIES alumni, she participated in the SHARE “Peer Multiplier Training” (PMT) – Training-of-Trainers Seminar for experts in the field of Teaching and Learning in 2018. She presented some paper related to Quality Assurance in TrainIQA final Conference in Bangkok (2017) and ASEAN-QA Forum Conference in Hanoi (2019). She was also a resource person in UM-Malang QA Workshop in 2018. Her team proposal was accepted by DIES National Multiplication Training Project in 2019. Her team will conduct the project in Indonesia in 2020. As a preparation, she attended the Training of Trainers of DIES Multiplication Training in Potsdam in September 2019.
